Position Overview

The Legal Specialist at Citics is responsible for providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with legal matters in the company’s business activities. This role requires a deep understanding of legal regulations, strong negotiation and contract drafting skills, and the ability to resolve legal disputes. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; currently pursuing or holding a lawyer’s practicing certificate.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in startups, real estate, or finance.
• Proficiency in English, especially for communication, reading, and drafting documents, is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of laws related to corporate and intellectual property.
• Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a continuously evolving and dynamic work environment.
