Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing product delivery with a primary focus on Delivery Management (60%) and Product Execution Support (40%), covering planning, tracking, coordination, release, risk management, requirement clarification, workflow analysis, PRD review, UAT, and go-live readiness.

Role Focus:

• 60% Delivery Management: planning, tracking, cross-functional coordination, release coordination, and risk/issue management.
• 40% Product Execution Support: requirement clarification, workflow analysis, PRD review, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Delivery Planning & Coordination (60%)

• Build delivery plans, break work into sprints/milestones, and align effort estimates, dependencies, and ownership for each feature.
• Coordinate tasks across Development, QA, BA/PO, and Product teams to ensure progress and remove delivery blockers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and follow-up action tracking.

B. Tracking, Release & Risk Management

• Track actual progress against the delivery plan, sprint goals, milestones, and release scope.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate delivery risks/issues; escalate blockers early with proposed options and owners.
• Coordinate release activities and ensure timelines, feature scope, quality standards, deployment readiness, and rollout communication are aligned.

C. Product Execution Support (40%)

• Clarify requirements with PO/POM and stakeholders, ensuring scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and expected outcomes are clear before development.
• Analyze business workflows and user journeys to support feasible implementation and identify gaps, blockers, or edge cases.
• Review PRDs and related requirement documents for completeness, consistency, and readiness for sprint planning/development.
• Coordinate UAT preparation, track feedback/defects, and confirm go-live readiness with Product, QA, Engineering, and stakeholders.

D. Process Improvement

• Propose and implement Agile/Scrum process improvements tailored to the team.
• Drive the adoption of project management tools (Jira, Notion, Git, etc.) and standardized progress tracking metrics.

Scope & Authority

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of products under development.
• Have the authority to request necessary adjustments to scope, timeline, or resources to ensure release quality.
• Collaborate with POM/Product to support release processes, clarify requirements, collect feedback, confirm UAT/go-live readiness, and prioritize the improvement backlog.

Requirement

• Experience & Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical PM / Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong experience working with Engineering teams (Backend, Mobile, QA, Developers)
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability in:
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Risk identification and risk management
  • Requirement clarification, workflow analysis, and acceptance criteria alignment
  • PRD review and readiness check before sprint planning/development
  • UAT coordination, defect/feedback tracking, and go-live readiness validation
• Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of:
  • Backend systems, APIs, Microservices
  • Mobile and Web development
• Experience in startup or product-based environments
• Experience managing complex products, multiple modules, or cross-functional teams
• Key Soft Skills

• Clear and effective communication & coordination
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and tight deadlines
• System-level thinking, not limited to task execution
• Strong conflict resolution skills among stakeholders
