Summary

The Graphic Designer at Citics will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, including graphics and videos, to support our marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in design software, video production, and the application of AI tools to enhance creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels, adhering to Citics’ brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visually appealing content for marketing campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and create innovative content.
• Update and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand resources.
• Research industry trends and competitors’ visual strategies to keep Citics’ designs fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Video Editor platforms (Premier, Capcut…) is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and video production.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for real estate and technology (a plus).
