DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Fund-raising activities

• Assist BoD and CEO in fund-raising process. Own all stages of the fund-raising process – planning, execution and finalization.
• Assist BoD and CEO with preparing pitching documents, delivering pitches, and deal negotiations.
• Structure financial deals.
• Liaise with all parties involved in investment transactions.
• Cooperate with relevant experts for preparation of relevant legal and investment documents.
• Assist Investors in Due Diligence process and follow investments commitments to disbursements.

Financial planning activities

• Participate in strategic data analysis, research for senior company leadership,
• Conduct financial modelling to predict outcomes and produce long-term business/financial plans,
• Participate to shape the financial direction of a client business,
• Create of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning.

Financial controlling activities

• Manage budgets.
• Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support accounting departments in preparing and finalizing financial reports.
